First commit


Set up the basic foundations of the game play - the power bar (with a nice programmable material), the logic to compute the percent of power and make it a bit challenging to get peak power.  Modified a couple of the assets so that the animations would work and socketed for the guns.  Created a small game state engine with countdown timer.  Will wrap the development tomorrow with some basic combat logic, death detection and 1-3 star rating.
