Added browser support


I decided to move the game to a browser based platform using UE4 pixel streaming.  This involved creating a traffic director server and the pixel streaming farm.  I also had to refactor the account creation and login scheme as the clients would now be shared across many users, so I added account registration and login screens and got rid of the old GUID system.  The game is now fully playable in any browser that supports RTC.

I'll be moving back to adding more features such as combat, loot, inventory and equipment tomorrow.
